Hi I’m wondering if it’s possible to power a 200mW laser with an iPhone battery, and also be able to recharge it.

Powering laser with a phone battery.

You might need a SEPIC or boost driver, but as long as the battery has a high enough capacity it should work. I have one phone battery that is 2400 mAh. It is a bit on the thick side, though.
