How do you put pictures on posts? isnt it jsut

and you copy the .jpgor whatever and put it in the middle or is it different?

That is exactly correct !  For those that cannot see it, here is an example - (you have to remove the spaces though)
[ img ] http://stonetek.orc/blah.jpg [ /img ]

I purposely mispelled it  you have to have it hosted somewhere, Sniper....
