PHR Infra Red

For the Infra Red diode that come in the PHR Sled, what current should i be driving the diode. i got them from..... Stonetek.org.....heres the link.

Ok i just found out that my diodes dont have four pins only 3 so im not really sure if i have the PHR-803T IF/Red diodes.....
