I just wanted to know what is the percentage of lasers that get confiscated through shipping because I am about to buy a laser from someone but I am worried. So if you can inform me that would be great.

P.S. I live in the States

They just can't open your mail if you use usps and you ship from state to state. They need a warrant.

InB4 flaming.
From China? Very small, try to buy from a company that will replace it if it is confiscated though.
I personally don't know anyone who's laser was taken at customs.

If your seller is in the US, as long as they don't ship media mail USPS (parcel or priority is fine), the percentage should be 0.
USPS does not search packages for domestic mail, and I'm sure fedex/UPS don't either.

Wrong forum section by the way, and there is a awesome little gadget on the top left of the screen. It's a white box with a "search" button that is quite useful. Sorry, couldn't help myself.
