i have jsut spent the last 2 1/2 hours on digikey looking for the parts to Daedels circuit and so far i have found the the silicon diode. thats all i could do in 180 minutes could someone please post part numbers or links to digikey. please cause im a big electronics noob. sorry if this is to much to ask.

I've been buying stuff from futurlec.com. Prices are good, even if the selection isn't anything like digikey. What types of parts are you having trouble finding?

i can find the parts just i dont know what type of each like for a variable resistor i dont know wut one and i cant purchase from radioshack. so im using digikey cause they should have everything. but basically i can find the parts just not the right kind of each one. so if people could just tell me the part number or something. so out of the list i have found nothing.

On the futurlec.com site I mentioned, click on components and then on potentiometers. They have some 15 turn rectangular cermets at $0.80 and 25 turns for $1.20-$1.30. Not the best price ever, but the selection beats radio shack hands down.

I believe I linked to the parts in my original post to both DigiKey and RadioShack. I will go check now. If I recall correctly, they are in a table with '1's and '2's. These numbers are the links to the parts. :-?

Will check and if it's not there will post them back on.
