output power of a 532nm <5mW APC ?

is it close to 5mW or can it be as low as 1mW ?
other question, is there some manufacturer (for example leadlight or CNI) that makes better pointer than others? if so, where to buy it ?

For 5mW radioshack sells a fine one, I have that one and, no matter how cold it gets, it almost NEVER "mode hops". That one is 52$ and atlasnova has a nice looking one, but I have yet to deal with them, so I wouldn't know build quality. Also, you should use the search bar, search 5mW green pointer, there's reviews from honest, unbiased points of view, and welcomE to the forum.
