If you want to use the last one, just get a 1 rCR123A battery (3.6V), and a spacer. That way you'll be supplying 3.6 volts (Under your 5V max) and the spacer will take the space of the other CR123 battery, without adding any voltage.
 
Ok well I am going to order the last one( and another cheap one just incase things dont work out)...
Can spacers be found at a radio shack or other electronics store or will i have to order it?
I hould get a fairly long run time on these, assuming I run at 90-95 mA, correct? I calculated 8 hours but I think that may be wrong :P
