Optotronics pointer vs DX style pointers

Hey all,

I was poking around on the Optotronics web page and noticed their green laser pointers are idential looking to the DX style laser pointers, but with way higher outputs and prices...

But I've also heard that while Optotronics uses the same housing as DX, their internal components are much higher quality, therefore they are making them that produce 100+ mw of output, varified with an actual test.

Can anyone fill me in? If they are quality pointers I'll order one.

Opto is the way to go. Jack is a nice guy, and they have great products.
