Hello,

I still have a 75mw Wicked Lasers Phoenix Green Laser Pen. Its from 2006/2007.
Looks like in the attachted Pic. As I can remember I payed 249$ for it back then.

So in 2013, what is this laser now worth in USD or EUR? I really cant put a price tag on it, cause I assume things have changed in the last 6-7y. hostcases look a lot cooler now, diode prices lower now etc. ?!

I can't really put a price estimation but I can provide some background on it.

Back in 06/07 CNI supplied Wicked. What is pictured there is a CNI-GLP.

I have no idea what they're sold as right now, but they're still being produced I'm afraid...

Though I have no doubt what you have is a very good laser.

Their lifetime is limited, and prices have gone way down. They're worth less used anyhow. I don't think you'll get more than $50 for it.

...well lifetime shouldnt be a problem, should it? it still works fine, I only used it less then an hour in sum (with on/off duty cycles). and ww advertises it with a lifetime of 5000h. even if only the half is true, 2499h is still a long way to go...

hmmm, well i had about 80$ in mind first. so depreciation is really that steep?!:cryyy:

Yeah sorry man. 100mw are running very cheap now. $50 focusing and like you said better host .

...but then I noticed that ww is a rip-off now.

the nano 15mw+ =100$ (the + stands for "maybe yours is 15 or 25 or a surprise!) ???!!!
the core 5mw =50$

or is it the host which makes it so expensive
