O-Like googles

yes they provide adequate protection for the dilda,

also its possible the reflections can damage the CCD, low but possible

I have a setup so other people can watch me burn things without killing their eyes.

It uses a cardboard box and a cell phone camera. it has been held up Close to the dot many times and has around an hour and a half of use.

The camera would be working perfectly but I shined my 200mw new style dilda directly into my camera to see what would happen. I shined it on the camera for about 5 seconds and now the pictures look slightly blurry.

Unless you shine the laser directly into the camera I don't think there will be a problem.

ive bought these goggles and recently tested them. they arent od 1 let alone 5 or 6.
these goggles wont protect your eyes.

Shit!

As mentioned in your other thread hopefully it's a one off incident

All the more reasons to be super careful with >5mW lasers even with goggles
