O-like and Rayfoss

I have been to these sites and I can see that their lasers are extremely cheap. I just bought a 150mw portable laser from Rayfoss for $125. Is it really 150mw and how do they keep their prices so low compared to other companies?

The only review that I remember of the 150mW from Rayfoss actually put out around 125mW, which is still a great deal. The lasers that Rayfoss and a lot of cheap laser companies sell aren't the best quality, but will easily do the job for us hobbyists because of the low price. I have a 50mW green laser from Rayfoss and I love it.
