Hi everybody,
The link of the 500mw 532nm crow upgrade : Powerful Crown upgrade 500mW green laser torch/waterproof [OL-532-500] - $274.99 : Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce
I bought this laser exactly 1 year ago. First I bought the 400mW crown but I paid 40$ more to upgrade it into 500mW.
The first time I sent my laser back was because after 1 or 2 days of use the spring broke. They fixed it but It took a while and I finally received it.
When I received it was not working very well, sometimes I had to unscrew the lower part of the laser to make it work.
I sent back my o-like laser a second time for two reason :
- The button was broken
- The lens was damaged ( there were "bursts" when I put the laser 'on')
I am no longer under warranty so I have to pay the repairment fee.
I sent it 30 days ago and they just received it.
But Susie sent me a message : " The crystal is problem ,we need to replacement a new module for you ,500mW green laser module is $250
Now we charge you $120 for a new module "
I paid 275$ for it ( I sent it back for the second time and shipping price was 40$ : 20$ for each) so more than 300$.
Thats why I can't pay 120$ more, and I think the problem is not the module !

1 : Laser's button's problem
2 : Head of the laser, as you can see the lens is damaged
3 & 4 : Laser dot
5 & 6 : Laser focused to the biggest point
Please, what should I do ?
