Well Nova Lasers guarentees delivery, so they will send out another laser if it is siezed by customs. Or you can get a refund if this occurs. But generally, customs does not have time to go though every package they get so it is rare that a laser has been confiscated by customs. I don't believe I have even heard of anyone on here having their laser siezed.
