Be careful and don't blind yourself or others is the main tip.

Be responsible with it, no pointing at airplanes, people, cars etc...

Be ready to see probably the coolest thing ever = a green beam. ;D

Well, your going to need batteries. Depending on how much you use your laser and what kind of situation you are in money wise depends on what you should do for power. The X-100 is now keychain laser-it will suck power like nothing you have seen :) I have the same model in a 55mW version and the power drainage there is no great either.

The point is that you ill either be spending a lot of time buying batteries or a lot of time charging them. Alkalines are fine-they wont break your laser or anything, but they will run out VERY quick and it will end up getting rather expensive.

Lithiums work wonders, and if you can afford to buy them comfortaly-id recommend them. I have only used them a few times as im not in the position to spend dozens of bucks on batteries, but they do work great.

But from what i have found out, NiMh's are the best choice for a balance of price efficiency and effectiveness. If you get a good kind, each battery can be recharged to atleast 500 times. Thats 500 uses out of one cell......

Anyways, good luck

Real laser goggles would be goggle specifically designed for protection against lasers.

From what Lorgar said, the dewalt goggles are real laser goggles since they are in the laser part of the store....

Oh , and don't ever consder buying from wickedlasers and techlasers, they go hand in hand , they're big time scammers and liers and suck donkey c**k.
