The first pic showed all 1964 kennedys if I recall, but that pic has been edited out for whatever reason. Your new pic is mixed dates... alll 40% composition.

If you are offering 90% silver compostion 1964 kennedy halves, my offer stands. If you are showing me a picture of 90% silver and then switching it to a picture of 40% silver, I think it should be obvious to everyone why I now withdraw my offer. Sorry.

I'm sorry, the first picture was a mistake----- :o
As I explain it to you I don't have an access to the camere it is for sale and boxed up. I copy the pick from another site as a example - didn't realize the dates--- :o
Now pictures are change and so are the description>>>>>  :)
You can't buy 90% for the price I give you.
Silver is almost 14usd so 1 coin will be about 7 bucks 20 of them will be 140 usd.
I'm sorry again this is the best I can do without loosing a lot of money.
75 bucks shipped for 20 of them is still a good price.
Again I apologize for my honest mistake.
Give me addy ( email me ) and I will mail you 2 of them free ) just because I'm nice guy.
:)

No problem for an honest mistake but I'm not interested at that price.

$7? I think you miscalculated a bit there. Even if silver were $14, which its not, it would still only be ~$5. At $14 per tr. oz I calclate $2.25 on the 40% silvers, and since we're talking billion, not even bullion here, $75 is a bit much to ask IMO. I could understand if I went into a coin store and the dealer asked for that much, but $75 is a dealer price. If you're trying to unload some over the web I wouldn't be expecting that much over melt - in fact, you may have to be willing to accept less than melt unless you have a good customer base who don't mind paying top dollar.

Sorry though, but I don't need them. In fact I have quite a few and I've been selling off some silver myself. In fact I just shipped off a ~60 tr. oz lot of 90% silver US coins that I got $860 for on eBay. That's not much over melt, plus I paid the extra for a featured listing, and I was including a few Morgans and Peace dollars in there.

Some advice though: you may take a loss, but if you want those coins sold soon you'll be hard pressed at that price. I guess its a matter of personal opinion, but 20 40% kennedys at $75 is not a good deal IMO. Good luck though, and sorry it didn't work out.

I appreciate the offer for the free coins, but I'll pass on that. I have tons of these already and of all people, I probably least deserve them.

Psuedo - you are OBVIOUSLY much more learned than I am - can you (if you want to email, that's fine ) explain what the difference is ? I was (stupidly, I guess) under the impression that if it is a silver coin, it is pure silver - guess I am wrong ? :o :o

I guess I can try to explain it to you--------- :o

All silver coins 1964 and earlier are made up of 90% silver. This includes dollar, halves, quarters and dimes. The half dollar  was comprised of 40% silver from 1965 to 1970. As the 1970 is very rare most people use a cut off date of 1969. So 64 and earlier are referred to as 90%ers and 65-69 are referred  to as 40%ers. Both of these coins have value as bullion which is why I referred to th "spot" price earlier which is the price that silver is selling for in the market. All coins made after 1970 are referred to as clad or copper except for proof sets made in San Francisco.

Bottom line is my post and the wrong pictures / descriptions make this a VERY GOOD DEAL
At least $100bucks of coins with free shipping>>>  :( If I have them... :-[

Okay - thanks for hte info - now....can you outline EXACTLY what the deal is, then - how many, and of what types, for how much please ?
