I have had a couple of different heatsinks made for some of the hosts that you can purchase at your local walmart of DX. one of them is the same as Lazerjock's (coleman max 2 CR2 or 1AA)but sized so that the entire module will fit. the other is a coleman max 2AA flashlight. pretty much the same setup.  the last one is a cree/ultrafire c3 stainless steel from DX (i liked the flashlight so much that i didn't want to make it into a laser)

damn forum wont let me post links to pics so...sorry! have to do it the long way >:(

What made you decide to have the heatsinks stick out of the hosts?

small hosts not possible for the rkcstr micro driver to be used. full axis module fits

i can sell these for around $20.00 now or if i can get enough orders at the same time i will be able to drop the price to around $13-$15. im not making anything off of the heatsinks, just what it costs me. i can make the heatsinks not stick out if a flexdrive is used and just the head of the axis module is all you want to use. just need to know what everyone thinks. if i can get around 10-15 that need to be made then i can get the lower price. they will be completed the same day that i tell them to start and shipped the next day after that. any suggestions or changes let me know! ;D
