Was thinking about it.
There are 2 reasons, or a combination of both, to why WL made them.

1. They are so kind and responsive to feedback that they made the caps
2. They can hardly sell them and chose to sell them in black AND give them free with Pulsars.

Either way, I think that it is a good move, lets watch out for PINK colored Spyders.

I'm really glad they have black ones. I have been waiting for Athoul to approve some pics, and its a good thing he didn't untill after these came out. I would have been ticked if I had ordered the silver ones.

For $40 I'd expect more cap types to be included (IE: ajustable focus cap and/or line generating cap); then it'd be worth it.
Then again, maybe its high to account for wicked bucks.
