well my laser isnt working and i need some help since i didnt buy the laser thourgh nova lasers they wont service it (i got it at a cni group buy) they there not gonna help the problem is where you plug in the little jack in the back it feels like its not making a connection it goes all the way in but if i move it around alot and push down very hard it will turn on for a seacond till i lose the connection what cant i do?
