Need help with my 5 mw modification

Hey guys, i have this 5 mw laser that i want to moddify to give out more mw's. I am new to this forum and would love it if somone helped me moddify my laser. I dont know how to take it appart. Some people drilled a hole where the little screw resistor exists, so they dont have to destroy the whole laser by taking it appart. Can anyone help? Thanks!
