Hi for all, I bought this model k-898G, I tried to make new logos, but now 'does not read more' on the sd card and "sd show program" writes "havent't file," of course there are sd in the original files, know what to do or someone can 'send me the image of the contents of the sd?

I would try contacting the manufacturer or supplier of the software to get support with this issue. Many companies will replace missing or damaged software free of charge.
