Need Help focusing

hello, i just recvied my green laser i ordered from this website:

The problem im having with the laser is the dot doesent stay tight for a very long distence,it starts getting very wide within about 25 feet, and thats with the focus at its tightest position. Any advise on how to maybe adjust it to be even tighter somhow?

Measure the diameter of the dot at the aperture and then at 25 feet. put the data here and tell us the result. Anything under 2mRad is OK for that cheap lasers.

hey thanks alot bro, the only thing is im still waiting for my goggles to get here,so im going to have to wait on that one lol. any suggestions on a cheap pair that will still offer quility protective properties? im hoping to find some that are clear in color if thats possiable,insted of tinted some color like red or somthing

that's just imposible. protective goggles must be dark in at least some color. I highly recommend you this ones:

oh and what is mRad?

it's the unit to measure divergence. The more divergence, the more the beam gets wider as it travels, and so bigger the dot.
