Need a confirmation on these

I think I have finally found the safety glasses that will block out green and infrared laser light. However I am not entirely sure if these really are the ones. So I want everyone's thought and opinion on whether these glasses truly block out green and infrared laser light. For the IR for a green laser, it is actually not so bad. It will do less damage than the green itself... So it is ok to just buy a cheaper one that only blocks the green

Bare in mind , those are for 532+808, not 532,808 and 1064.

protect your eyes about 1mW of IR? is this a joke or what? you don't need protection of any kind for this lol

From what I have read on the internet, it only takes 1mw of infrared light to burn a person's retina in nanoseconds and I really don't want that to happen to me or anybody else.

No, 1mW of anything is completely safe for something like a 10sec direct hit.

If you're sure your laser has an IR filter, or is emitting less than 5mW of IR, these goggles should do the trick: http://store.oemlasersystems.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=8_10_72&products_id=420

The reason oemlasersystem's goggles are more expensive is that they're certified. They're actually tested to perform as advertised and adhere to government standards for goggles. Dragonlasers goggles are cheap chinese knockoffs that have not been tested or certified.

The goggles you linked to will certainly protect you from both green and IR, the only downside is they're OD6+ for 532nm, so you won't be able to see much green at all while wearing them unless you have a really powerful greenie.
