Hi forum,
I looked on the internet for a laser to purchase back in June. And it looked like my timing was perfect, because this new 1w blue arctic laser from wicked lasers was just "released".
I quickly ordered one after seeing a thread here about how big of a deal it was.
Ordered 6/10/10
Knew that there would be a "2 week" leadtime as per Wicked lasers site at the time of ordering.
Fast forward to September, I call them to see where my order is. They state that the S3 arctic will begin shipping September 13th and that my order would ship then and would most likely be delivered around the 16th.
After a week of waiting for the laser to arrive, I call back to see whats up and if I can get a tracking number.
Well, they say they cant give me a tracking number as its not popping up in their system.. told me that a supervisor will contact me with the tracking number. and thus told me to wait some more.
I called around 1 week after that....same story, "customer service" lady rudely saying she doesn't know and that she can have somebody who will find out call me back later.
Well, I've waited enough now..I called them about 15 minutes ago wanting answers, and the lady on the phone says that she currently can not check on existing orders and that I need to leave my callback number.... yet again.
So now its close to 6 months of nothing. What the fuck is going on?
Is anybody else in the same boat as I am?
