Here is a size comparison of the 3 with a ruler. The mini dorcy and river rock are both lasers with diodes from the group buy. Don't bother telling me to fix them up, I like them how they are and if they ever need to be fixed, this is the easiest way for me. I only plan on heat sinking the river rock, I don't know yet!

It's tough to tell from here..but your River Rock MAY have ...and I mean MAY HAVE, have a slight alignment Problem.  :o

Hey If they Laze...they have my vote!!!

Was that stick of trident left over from the builds......

Just kidding...Just kidding!!!!!!!!!!!! Good work !!!
Easy to work on is a huge plus!

Laze On....Build 'Em if you've got 'em!

Yes it has a slight dis-alignment , this is no problem for me though. It works. I didn't pay $250 for a pulsar so it doesn't both me at all.

lol getto saber!!!! sweet man looks pretty smashing whats the duty cycle like?

Well, on average I do 30 seconds on/20 off..and sometimes a little more like 45 seconds on/30 off..it starts to get warm at around 50-60 seconds so I try not to go that high!

VERY nicely done Rob. These looks great! And just like you said... they lase, and didn't cost as much as a pulsar... and my guess is they work BETTER than a pulsar ;)

I hope you can have them lasing for a long while... Welcome to the ranks of the high-power-laser-dudes ;D ;D (early morning humor ::))
