This is a new ttl driver I made, using the IC PQ05RF21,
it works like a champ, it's also a voltage regulator from 6v-12v input, and it outputs 5v steady. This is for a LOC diode to test out, then it will be time for a 8x for light engraving.
Hooked up to the parallel port using Mach3 software, I can control the laser with Z axis direction pin.

Here is a pic of it, showing next to a 16mm outher diameter aluminum tubing, the internal diameter is 14mm, and the circuit board is 13mm.
