My 473 60mW and 100mW ttl have power of 5mW ..Why ??

Hi,im search a people of help me,i have an 473 60mW and 100mW im connect at one ttl driver,when im turn on power,the laer run,but hot have power,it have power same at 5mW red laser pen...the same when connect the 100mW ..is one problem of regolation of driver ??
The laser is inside at my proiector rgb of laserworld.....
Please help me....

If it's a 100mW before you use the driver, and then it's 5mW after the driver then yes I would say it's a problem with the driver.

Don't really know what else you want anyone to say as you've given no information as to what your laser is, what driver your using to get TTL modulation or what your trying to achieve.
