Module for labby

Hey im looking into making a nice tidy lab style green laser, i was hoping to make it 200mW, but the only modules i can find and trust are the o-like 150's does anyone have any 200mW +/- , 532nm modules wanting to sell? or know of a legitimate source? thanks

The majority of the time, the small (12mm) green modules that claim 200mW are often under spec and reach around 170mW, maybe you'll get lucky and get 200mW but it's rare.

If I was informed correctly, the 200mW modules are often metered over spec 150mW modules, that are just sold on for a higher price.

Often O-like modules are over spec and can creep towards 170mW, personally I think your best bet would be too get in contact with Susie at O-like, over there website and ask if you could purchase a guaranteed over spec 150mW module for a slightly higher price, rather than taking a gamble too see if you get an overspec. module at the 150mW price. They measure the power off all there products at O-like so I couldn't see an issue with them selling you an overspec 150mW module for slightly more.

The ebay listing does look good if green got a 206mW module, but you don't have a laser meter so they could sell you a 100mW laser and be non the wiser, with the idea above you'd have a guaranteed output.
