What kind did you get off eBay?

I got this one:

High Power 445nm Focus Visible Blue Beam Laser Pointer Pen Boxset with 5 Caps | eBay

There is a review on LPF and a few on YT. Just search youtube for fasttech 1000mw laser. The laser is chinese but very nice and the label says 10000mw but obviously not. I contacted the seller and he said it is 1.5 watt. If you remove the diode casing inside it is stamped on the casing a date of this year and 1.6w right on it.

They're not supposed to. They don't have proper safety features so I just remove the batteries when around young kids. The Chinese dealer even described it as a flashlight to get through customs!

Oh, one other thing. It says "Be able to light a cigarette when adjust focus on it." That is horrible info to the noob who knows nothing of safety!
