1 User Manual(not really essential but it is helpful)
1 AC Power Cord
1 2/4gb memory stick
up to 3 umd games(plz tell me wat the games are)

umd games are not essential if the psp is cracked

i got a psp with cfw so u play games by downloading them and lots of homebrew apps like google earth. i have 2 umd's.Gta Lc, and star wars renegade squadron.
i have car charge, ac wall charger, and a usb charger thats acts also as a data cable.
no memory stick, and i have a battery also.
