Looking to buy a crappy green pointer 50mw+

So I'm looking for a cheap green pointer with my main concern being a beautiful beam. I couldn't possibly care less about burning but I wouldn't mind being able to pop balloons. Preferably under $20 and like I said I don't really care too much about quality, as long as it works. I generally am looking for anything between 60-150mw.

Would this one fit my needs?

Those cheap 303s will be fine. Unless you get a dud, they’ll produce a visible beam at night.

Yes, those 303s are pretty good. The battery goes in positive toward the tail cap. They generally measure between 50 mW and 80 mW. If you get a dud, you can always get your money back as long as you don't put the battery in backwards.
