Looking for Industrial Lease, 50-100 sq ft.

So I've been searching around and am getting nowhere. In desperation, I turn to a laser forum...

I'm looking for a place to set up some machinery - nothing fancy, just concrete with a roof over my head on a budget of hopefully <$100-150 a month. Really a 5x10 or a 10x10 storage unit (1st floor) is the most ideal for me, only problem is that's just for storage. Getting caught running a generator and machinery in a storage unit would not be fun. So that's where I'm stuck. Anyone have any ideas or places to try to find such a rental in the 75080 Richardson, TX (just north of Dallas) area? Thanks

Did you get kicked out by the missus !! Tents and dog kennels are cheap !! ;D ;D I'm guessing this is probably the most helpful advice your going to get on a laser forum, I could be wrong though.

But seriously, are you looking to go further into the laser business ?

perhaps you could build a soundproof room or outdoor shed, or just soundproof one of your rooms and work in there. ... would be cheaper in the long run and more convenient for you.. assuming that you already own a house.
