Looking for a handheld pulsed laser

Hey guys is anyone here capable and willing to make a hand held pulsed laser capable of firing through a razor blade when focused. I'm willing to pay a fair amount

I believe it has been done with a small YAG laser. Can't remember who it was that completed one. It won't come cheap. Expect to pay several hundred dollars.

Been thinking about repackaging one of the Chinese tattoo removal units with a small cooling loop for short duration work in a compact package.
