Looking for a 1 W 445 nm laser.

Hello guys, I am looking for all the possible options I have regarding a 1 W blue laser at around 300$. I know three lasers right now that qualify to be my next laser: WL arctic, dragon lasers spartan series and CNI's PGL-III-C-447. The main reason I suddenly got interested in a new laser is because of the ridiculous price drop on these models due to some new manufacturing technique I guess and the fact that I only own a 200 mw rayfoss greenie. Now can anyone plz tell me what are my options here? Thank you!

You've already got 2 out of three of them taken care of if you are only looking for a hand held unit.

Option A). Wicked Arctic
Option B). Dragon Lasers (CNI) 445nm, they have a few models
Option C). DIY

they're so cheap because the diodes can be bought for about $40. apart from what you listed, the other option would be a diy build. see some jayrob kits. lots of answers already about building a laser from a build kit:
