A couple years ago I recall hearing about a handheld device that flashed at a specific frequency. This one frequency caused almost instant vomiting and waves of nausea. With the advent of much more powerfull compact light sources this gadget could replace pepper spray. Anyone have the skinny , such as that freq, so we can DIY one?
