Hey there! Video is not working for me.. However you probably messed up the lens trying to clean it. It is really hard to clean a lens with normal household items.

I dont know your knowledge with lasers but you can order a new 3 element or G lens and put it in your rifle assuming the output itself is ok.

You can unscrew the heatsink part. Then turn out the brass heatsink with needle nose pliers and then you can unscrew the lens with the needle nose pliers aswell. Again not recommended when you dont have any experience.

Also max could be swamped with mails right now just after the chinese holiday!

Greetings..

What did you try to clean it with?

I hope you don't say your shirt, paper towel, or any old rag...

Thats the newer version of the rifle and replacing the lens is easy. just unscrew that focus until it comes off, like you do in the video. then the lens can be seen poking out, in the focus cap you have just removed. your video shows this at 3:55. unscrew this and screw in a new one. Pretty sure either of these will work:
www.rayfoss.com
445nm AR Coated Standard Glass Lens Assembly
Hope this is exactly what you need
I recently had to replace my lens exactly like yours. It took about three weeks, but the lenses from rayfoss for sure work, and are very easy to put in

the reason the video didnt work is the link has http twice, slice one off and it works

Here's the video...

Looks like the lens just needs to be adjusted, and cleaned. Or if it's scratched up, replaced.
