LaserGlow Anser smudged dot?

Here's a comparison with my LG Galileo (Left) and LG Anser (Right). Why is my Anser so scattered and messed up?

Probably a dirty lens. Take a look at the aperture lens under a light (take out the batteries first) and see if you can see any oil or dust. Use a microfiber cloth and CAREFULLY wipe the lens
