Has anyone seen the Laserglow in Scientific American? It should be on page 37 of the December 2008 issue.

It says there are 60 mW portable lasers and violet laser pointers! :D However, I think $2,070 for 10 mW 405 nm lab laser is a tad high.

The violet lasers are brand new, so we havene't added them to the website yet but you can call or email us for pricing. The lab laser modules are very, very stable with TE cooling and excellent mode, with the option of TTL modulatiuon up to 10kHz. Obviously this is more expensive than just popping a 405nm diode and driver in a host, but the beam quality and power stability of the lab modules is incomparable to a DIY job.

I'm glad to see people reading SciAm, I've had a subscription for years and I think it's the best science mag out there. Thanks for posting our ad!
