As requested, I crafted a crude laser spirograph and filmed it in slow-motion. Its not very interesting unfortunately. Im pretty sure the fan is spinning too fast even for 120 FPS to catch.

I probably shouldn't run a 6 volt GPU fan at 12 volts 6 amps....
Ill find a way to run the fan slower and see how that works.
