While i was disassembling some dvdrw drives i came across these chips mounted in the laser head, not knowing what they were i spent a day googling around and discovered that they are a laser power monitor in one package. i have the 8 pin version but was wondering if anyone has the 6 pin version like this pdf i am attaching.
