Laser Pointer Alternative

Hi guys, I’m inventing a new device that is to be pointed/used at someone’s face.

I currently have a class 2 laser red dot on the prototype. However, I don’t want to injure the person’s eyes. The laser does need to be bright enough to be used in daylight.

I have seen that half circles exist, which could be used to target the neckline to hit the face, but was wondering if you knew of another targeting option or other idea.

I’m trying to come up with a way to not have to shine a laser in someone’s face. I’m just a lone entrepreneur trying to ask for help thinking outside of the box and not trying to upset anyone here.
