Anyone ever see this video? Was posted in 2011 and shows a kid(most likely) aiming a green laser at a motorbike while on the road.

What actually happened here?
It looks like the laser was pointed in front of the motorcycle driver, and somehow caused a glare (perhaps hitting a rear view mirror?).
Shining around lasers in/on traffic is obviously dangerous and should never be done, but to me it doesnt look like this kid was trying to hit the motorcycle driver in the face at all.
