laser for microengraving

Hi all!

I need to know how much power and what kind of laser I need to engrave micro text (0,1mm in height) on thin titanium foil (0.01mm thin)?
We did some test with 20W YAG and power level was around 4-5%.
I haven't find good OEM low power laser engraver...

I'm not expert on these applications, but if 20W YAG is 4-5% .. I think you need CO2 around 100W (which is usual power for it).
