Laser Flashlight Repair Upgrade

Hi all; I purchased a Laser flashlight combo on Ebay . Needless to say it arrived DOA. I was really hoping for a nice combo for everyday use. The seller is going to replace the unit for the price of shipping, I think thats fair; and there going to let me keep the dead one. So I hoping the laser experts here can help me out fixing/upgrading This nice Host. Here are some pics of the Dead Laser Host. Please get back to me; I think this will be a very cool laser with better quality module and pill installed. Thanks Bossman0069.

I don't see a driver on that module. (looks too small)
If the driver is built into the original circuitry, then it might be difficult, but,
If there is room for a standard 532nm module inside the host, then it should be a simple, hook it up to the switch Vf wire, swap.
