laser ban only for NSW?

is the ban only for NSW or the whole of australia? i really hope its only for NSW because im in WA...

Well i gather the article was Sydney based.
Although the BAN will most likely spread nation wide...it's starting with Sydney because thats where the majority of incidents have occurred and continue to do so (correct me if im wrong)
