I have a KPT crystal and lens that I salvaged from a 20mW laser. My question is how much mW of 532nm laser light can I expect from a 200mW 808nm laser Diode?

Probably no more than 20mW. 
If it was in a 20mW greenie then the crystals "saturate" at around 20mW.
If it was in a 20mW greenie then the crystals "saturate" at around 20mW.
