Kensington usb battery

I have this Kensington backup battery that has a usb output. It is rated at 5 volts and 1.5 Amp max. It is a lithium-ion polymer. Would this battery be able to power a rckstr driver with a lpc-815 diode at 420mA?

It would work with a FlexDrive..
It has an input range of 2.0V to 5.5Volts..
