My JDSU 2500 RI has been having problems since I returned home. The "increase" button has always been finicky. Now it doesn't work at all. I took it apart thinking I might be able to clean the contacts. They are sandwiched between an aluminum plate and the front part of the panel though. I noticed there is a switch inside. Does anybody have any idea what it does? It has three positions and sits right under the adjust buttons.
So here I am with an argon that will only idle. At least it fires up after 5 months of no use. Let me know if you want part one out. There is the front panel and two circuit boards.
I've tried reseating mine on the PSU already and that didn't work.
