Yes, your eyes are now messed up. I am sorry to say that you are now completely blind. You may think you can still see but those are just artifacts and memories. You had better get yourself over to the braille institute to learn to cope with your newfound blindness.
There is no possible way anyone on this forum could tell you if your eyes are okay. Do you see dots? Clowns? Do you see at all? Just exposure alone can't diagnose the level of damage. What are your symptoms? Do you have any symptoms? If not, you're okay.
