Is this a Nec Glg3030, if so?

I purchased this year's ago from a local and have started digging into it and doing some research. It appears to be a NECglg3030.
I've done a web search and found very little information or even pictures. I intend to sell it, provide me with some information as to what it could be valued at? It has yet to be cleaned and I have no power supply. It does come with the umbilical cord pictured.

7000 hours on the tube if the meter is correct. Untested, unknown condition, no power supply. I'd pay no more than $200, but probably less than that in reality.

That's what it looks like, or at least a similar model. but 7K hours is quite a bit. but if it was run conservatively it may still have some life left in it.
