Is there anyone in Singapore who can repair lasers?

i have two lasers. one 200mw focusable green laser & one 250mw focusable red laser. my red laser is unable to turn on.
Is there anyone in Singapore who can fix laser?

What have you done to try and remedy the situation?

Youve tried the obvious like new batteries ? , if so, with new batteries, is there any light output from it? and have you pot modded it? in any way?

Do you have access to a bench variable psu?
